Yea, a corny title for a diary entry, but well, it's MY diary right? Hehe.
So I met this guy,
Who came from a place across the ocean.
He stayed for the weekend,
I stayed for the night.
Before we met,
I thought he was kinda weird.
But after we met,
My doubts for him kinda cleared.
(hmm, why am I rhyming? :-P)
He told me about his sad history on love,
I listened and nodded in silence.
"You were just unlucky to have experienced so much losses",
"That is just life", was how he answered.
He said he was starting to fall for me,
I said I was starting to fall for him too.
But the ocean is great and the question is grave,
"Where is the fair land that we both crave?"

The world is alright..
.. when you sent me a heart.
.. when you chatted me up on the messenger.
.. when you said, 'Hola'.
.. when I recall your good bye kiss on my cheek.
.. when you flashed that wickedly playful smile.
.. when I bumped into you.
.. when you chatted me up on the messenger.
.. when you said, 'Hola'.
.. when I recall your good bye kiss on my cheek.
.. when you flashed that wickedly playful smile.
.. when I bumped into you.

What-You-Want vs What-You-Can-Get
http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6187/495/1600/image65.jpg
Came across the above link in another fridae-an's profile, just thought that it conveys a message that is quite sad but true (since I happen to be the main offender, lol).
For those who cannot read Chinese, it essentially talks about how as egoistic individuals, people tend to chase after the 100% ideal mates, only to realise later that it is the 70% ideal person (who had been showering you with all their love and attention) are the ones you actually loved, and by playing hard-to-get, in the end you might not even able to the 70% ideal person because by the time you realised what you missed, what's gone has already been gone.
When chasing for the 100% ideals, we have to understand that sometimes we ourselves may not be 100% ideal in other people's eyes too (<- again, main offender here :-P).
I'm sooo dead.
